I bought the Thanksgiving bear for my daughter and she loved it….this one is just as cute. Gund always makes quality toys and this one lived up to its reputation. Makes a great Christmas gift for any child.

The item I purchased from Amazon.com, Storytime Christmas Bear 16.5″, was delivered in a timely fashion, packaged carefully, no damage, and in working condition. The item itself is adorable! The story of Twas the Night Before Christmas is spoken clearly with emphasis. The size of the item is just the right height to put on a mantel, office desk, etc. The fabric on the bear is very soft and cuddly. The bear sitting on Christmas presents and the mouse on the bear’s shoulder gave it that perfect detail to the theme of the item. Thank you!

I gave this last year to 2 toddlers 2.5 and 4 they were entranced by it.It is the kind of thing that will be brought out every year and if it stops telling the story it is still a great Christmas Decoration.

I bought this bear for my 2 year old niece for Christmas and received it very fast. She loves anything that has buttons you can push to get something to move or talk. Of course, she just loves this bear. It has the best “Grandpa” voice that reads you the entire ‘The Night Before Christmas’ story. The bear is so incredibly soft and it sways from side to side as the story is read. I would definitely recommend this bear to anyone!

My bear came today. I ordered him early because he looked so cute I figured he would sell out before Christmas. This bear is nice to hold, soft, comfortable the way a bear should be. AND he recites the full Night Before Christmas which is traditionally recited by me to the children since the oldest was 2, although all are now grown, on Christmas Eve after the stockings are hung. I’m thinking of getting one for each of our children. This bear is why technology is sometimes a very good thing in a traditional toy.

I bought this for my 2 nephews, and it is the cutest thing I’ve seen. They enjoyed it; actually sat down and listened to it for almost a whole story. But they did seem to enjoy it.

I have given four of the Storytime Christmas bears as gifts–plus one for me, of course. Three went to my adult daughters and one to my mother, who loved it. Gund makes great products and this made a great gift for them all.

I bought this bear for my 21 month old grandson. He loves it. His favorite thing is to stick his finger in the bear’s mouth and let him “bite” it while he is talking. The bear is just gorgeous – the soft, cuddly quality you would expect from a Gund product. I have since bought one more to keep for my other son’s family when they have their first baby. I am also ordering another one to keep here at Grammy’s house for when we have Christmas here.

This bear is very, very soft and adorable. His movements are really realistic and go well with the reading of the story. He has a nice, deep voice that suits the story well. I wish he didn’t make so much noise when he moves. You can hear the motor running as his body moves- that is my only complaint. For the money I paid for this bear (on sale for $9.98) he is well, well worth it. I would even be satisfied paying up to $20 for him. My 7 month old daughter is fascinated by him.

Wow, we received this as a gift for our 7 month old. She just sits and stares at it. Now, being that she is only 7 months, she will only make it about half way through, but the sound and movement amazes my husband and myself. I am about to buy it for a nephew.

This bear is absolutely adorable. His head moves as he talks and he has a little grey mouse on this arm. He is very soft. The voice is deep and soothing. I would recommend for anyone who loves the story “The Night Before Christmas” like I do. In fact, I am ordering another one to give as a gift!

The bear recited the night before Christmas twice and never worked again. The screw is stripped and we cannot unscrew it, so we could put batteries in the bear to see if that was the problem.
